Thank you Jude for organising this event again this year.
It was a clean sweep by Somerfield Te Kura Wairepo and Sacred Heart Addington. The topics were very varied and quite challenging. Congratulations everyone on the thought and work that you gave to this event.

Flutterpillar Te Pihinga Celebration
Aww. there is nothing like the junior school cuteness factor when the children get a chance to perform. Congratulations to all of the teachers, trainee teachers, teacher assistance and whanau who made this possible.
I saw two performances and each had variations on a theme. the children did an amazing job of remembering the lines and songs. The little glitches and "forgettals" are the things that make the production memorable.

Athletics Day 2018
Competition is an important part of play and being the best that we can be. Every year we have the privilege of watching amazing talent emerge as the children compete against each other and strive to improve on their PB.
Congratulations to all of the winners.
Thank you to the teachers who coach and encourage the children.
Special thanks to Rochelle and her team who spend many hours getting these events organised.
If you ever wonder if it matters whether you win or not, look at the faces of the parents and staff as they compete against each other.
