Twice a term we have a late night staff meeting from 3.15 to 7pmish. Last time Pauline and Roy helped us to prepare meat and vegetables in the kai cooker so that our teachers could enjoy a meal together instead of having to go home after a long day and think about kai.
The food was delicious and we ate our fill, then kept the left overs for lots of the children the next day. We even put on a big morning tea and our student teachers the next morning and they will leave our school thinking that food rolls off the production line.
